About Curated Buttons

Proudly Canadian and based in Mont-Tremblant, Quebec, Curated Buttons is a woman-owned independent business. In my day job I work with CEOs on personal and corporate reputation. I'm also a (very) amateur runner and triathlete. Playing with colour (sewing, card-making, stained glass) has been a constant third pillar. 

I bought my first new sewing machine during the pandemic, wistfully putting my mum's 1963 Singer to the side. Instagram and TikTok taught me new sewing skills that allowed me to take on more ambitious projects. But living in rural Quebec posed a problem – getting the dreamy fabric and notions you could only find in specialty stores, far from home.

I set out to create a button shop to swoon over, no matter where you live. While visiting those dreamy button nooks in Paris or Sydney or London will still have a place on our travel itinerary, this store is for the time in between.
